We’ve had enough snow around here and it’s mid-February and Spring seems tantalizingly close and oh, so far away at the same time, so I’ve gone to shovel conservation policy: less than 10cm, drive over it.
But, since things were getting messy out there, I decided to shovel tonight, with a promise of some lovely scotch as my reward. 18 year-old Talisker. I’m a scotch ho.
Tasting Notes from the LCBO
Amber gold colour; aromas of dried fruit, tar, peat and spice; quite dry and rich on the palate with long elegant finish.
